What lands in your inbox after the shoot

A Showcase listing is built from several pieces of media, so the photographer has to capture them in the right order and format. After a Standard package visit you receive:

• Edited interior and exterior photos (45 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft)

• Aerial drone photos, flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots

• A 2D floor plan

• A Zillow 3D Virtual Tour

• One virtual twilight image, community photos, touch-ups and item removal, and digital lot lines

• A property website you can share anywhere

The 3D Home capture matters most for Showcase. Zillow’s terms state that a Showcased listing needs the Zillow 3D Home interactive floor plan, even when an independent photographer shoots it. That is why we scan the home on the same visit instead of sending you elsewhere for it.

How a typical Tampa visit runs

We usually shoot photos first, then walk the house with the 3D camera, then fly the drone. A South Tampa bungalow is quicker than a pool home in Carrollwood, but both follow the same order. Photos need the lights, blinds and clutter dealt with. The 3D scan needs people out of the house, because anyone standing in a room ends up in the tour.

How to get it into Showcase

Zillow’s Showcase Getting Started Guide lists three routes: Zillow Media Experts, photographers tagged Showcase Select, or an independent photographer you invite. If you choose us, Zillow’s guide says the photographer must accept your request and verify they meet its technical requirements.

We can’t make a listing Showcase on your behalf. Your Zillow access and Showcase subscription decide that. What we control is the media, and whether it is ready.

Turnaround, plainly

• Photos: 24 hours.

• Zillow 3D tour, walkthrough or cinematic video, other virtual services: 48 to 72 hours.

If a listing goes live Thursday, book early in the week so the 3D tour lands in time. We are open 7 days a week, 9 AM to 7 PM, so weekend appointments are normal.

What it costs

Standard starts at $325 for up to 2,500 sq ft and goes up $20 for each additional 500 sq ft. If you want video on top, Premium starts at $495 and adds a social media reel and two virtual twilights. Travel is free for the first 30 miles from South Tampa, then $15 per 10 miles round trip, confirmed when you book.

Tips for agents who list often

• Book the shoot as soon as the listing agreement is signed. Vacant or staged homes photograph best, and the 3D tour needs 48 to 72 hours after the visit.

• Send the photographer the lockbox or access details in the booking, along with gate codes and any parking notes.

• Tell sellers the home will be scanned, so people and pets should step out for that part of the visit.

• Ask for the finished media to be checked against your listing details, such as bedroom count and square footage, before you submit it to Zillow.

• If a client wants video as well, the walkthrough is $175 and the cinematic video $350 as separate items, or built into Premium and Deluxe.
