Bradenton Beach, FL
Bradenton Beach is the southern city on Anna Maria Island, and we photograph its short-term rentals for $250 to $500 depending on size (homes up to 1,000 sq ft start at $250). Every set includes an extended platform license and a 24-hour turnaround. We drive in from South Tampa, with travel confirmed when you book.
What the south end looks like to a camera
This end of the island is where Bridge Street runs toward the Bradenton Beach Historic Pier on the bay side, and where Gulf Drive carries on south toward Coquina Beach and Longboat Pass. It is more compact and a little more mixed than the north end. Small condo buildings, older cottages, stacked units and the occasional newer home sit within a few blocks of each other.
That mix changes how we shoot. A one-bedroom unit in a small building may have no yard at all, so the photos have to sell the balcony, the walk to the sand and the way the unit is furnished. A freestanding cottage near Bridge Street has the opposite problem: lots of outdoor space, small rooms.
Gulf-front units and the sunset rule
Gulf-front rentals face west, so the view you are selling is a sunset view, but the building is often in shade from the morning until the sun swings around. Our standard approach is interior work first, when ambient light is softer and we are not fighting a bright, blown-out window, then the exterior and balcony later in the day. For a balcony, a real twilight session at $200 for five photos can capture the sky color that a midday frame cannot.

Bright windows are the usual headache in beach units. We blend exposures so the Gulf stays visible through the glass and the room does not go dark. It works best when you keep sheer curtains open and the sliding door clean, and a streaky door glass is something we cannot fully fix in a single frame.
Shared buildings and shared parking
Condo and multi-unit buildings come with rules we need to know about before arriving: where to park, how to get in, and whether common areas like a pool or walkway may be photographed. Ask your association or manager, and send us the notes. If you are a property manager with several units in one building, we can sequence them in one visit.
Beach gear is a good detail shot here. A wagon, a stack of chairs and a cooler by the door tell a guest what the stay will look like. We stage them the way guests will see them, then clear them for the room photos.
Getting to the shoot
Most of our drives to this end of the island come across the Cortez Bridge, which lands you in Bradenton Beach, so we rarely need to cross the whole island to reach a south-end address. We still build in slack for bridge traffic and for the beach crowd on weekends. If your check-in time is firm, tell us and we will schedule the shoot well ahead of it rather than trying to finish with minutes to spare.
Bring us the story of the unit, too. Does it sleep six on a sofa bed and a bunk? Is there a pass for the beach pool, a golf cart, a bike rack? Those facts become shots, because a guest comparing three listings will pick the one that answers the sleeping and parking questions in the photos.

Tying it to the rest of the island
Bradenton Beach is the gateway between Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, since Gulf Drive crosses Longboat Pass at the south end. If you own on both sides, we can group shoots: see our pages for Longboat Key and the island overview at Anna Maria Island. Examples of finished island work are in the Anna Maria Airbnb home project.
Questions we get about Bradenton Beach
Do you photograph condos in Bradenton Beach?
Yes. We shoot individual units and can do several units in a building in one visit. Send us your building’s access and photography rules ahead of the date.
Can you capture a Gulf sunset from my balcony?
If the balcony faces west, a real twilight session ($200 for five photos) is the best way. We schedule it near sunset. If the sky is flat, a virtual twilight image is $15.
How much does a one-bedroom unit cost?
Most one-bedroom units fall in the 0-1,000 sq ft tier at $250 for the standalone Airbnb/VRBO photo set. Add drone photos or a floor plan separately if you want them.
Are the photos licensed for Airbnb and VRBO?
Yes. The standalone rental photos carry an extended usage license for short-term-rental platforms.
Do I need a license to rent my unit?
Requirements depend on the city, county and your building. We cannot advise on them, so check your city or county short-term-rental rules.
