We photograph Airbnb and VRBO rentals in Indian Rocks Beach starting at $250 for a home up to 1,000 sq ft, with 24-hour turnaround and a license covering rental platforms. A 1,001 to 2,000 sq ft rental is $300, and 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft is $400.

Walking to the beach is the product

Indian Rocks Beach is a small, low-key beach town on a Pinellas barrier island, reached from the mainland by the Walsingham Road bridge. A lot of rentals sit within a short walk of one of its public beach access points, which are strung along the length of the town. Several have parking nearby, and 7th Avenue sits right at the Walsingham bridge. For hosts, that makes the walk the single best sales feature you have. For us it makes the walk part of the shoot.

When we photograph a rental here, we plan a short sequence: the front of the building, the street, the route toward the beach and, where it makes sense, the beach access itself. A guest deciding between two similar listings wants to know whether the cooler and chairs can walk to the sand, so show them.

The kind of rental we see most

Indian Rocks Beach rentals skew small: older cottages that have been renovated, duplexes with matching units, low-rise condos and townhomes. That affects how we shoot.

  • Cottages and bungalows. Compact rooms need clean sightlines. We spend extra time on angles that make the layout legible.

  • Duplexes. Two listings from one building get two photo sets that match, with a shared exterior shot once.

  • Low-rise condos. The balcony, the pool and the elevator-or-stairs question get answered visually.

Square footage decides our rental rate, not the number of units, so a one-bedroom cottage under 1,000 sq ft costs the same $250 whether it is a block from the sand or three blocks inland.

Parking and staging when the street is tight

Smaller beach-town lots often mean one driveway, street parking and neighbors close by. A few things that make a shoot go cleanly:

  1. Tell us where we can park. If it is a permit zone or a shared drive, we need to know in advance.

  2. Clear the driveway and curb in front of the building for the exterior frames.

  3. Check that outdoor furniture, grill covers and bikes are placed intentionally, not leaning on a fence.

  4. Put beach bags, chairs and towels in the same spot where a guest would drop them. We photograph the setup as is.

Our home prep guide covers the rest.

Sunset and the Gulf side

Everything on the Gulf side of the island faces west, so evenings are the golden window for balcony and beach-facing frames. If your guests book for the sunset, we can add a real twilight visit (5 photos, $200), or turn a daytime exterior into a twilight image for $15. Bay-side and Intracoastal rentals face the other way, and the light there is usually softer in the morning.

Rental or sale

Owners in Indian Rocks Beach often wear both hats: a rental in season and a possible sale down the road. A rental photo set is built to sell a stay, with atmosphere and amenities first. A real estate set is built to sell the property, with accurate room-by-room coverage, a floor plan and drone photos. Our listing packages start at $190, and you can read about them on the photography page. Ordering both is fine, and we can often do both in a single visit if you ask in advance.

Questions we get about Indian Rocks Beach rental photos

How much is Airbnb photography in Indian Rocks Beach?

Rental sets start at $250 for up to 1,000 sq ft and $300 for 1,001 to 2,000 sq ft. Larger homes cost $400 to $600 by square footage, and over 5,000 sq ft is a custom quote.

What about a rental that is a block or two from the beach?

Those are common here, and the photos should show it. We can photograph the route and the beach access, as long as it is a public place we can legally stand in. Check with us if a specific access has restrictions.

Do you photograph both units of a duplex?

Yes. Each unit is priced by its own interior square footage. We match the edit so the two listings look consistent.

Do the photos come with usage rights for Airbnb and VRBO?

Yes. Our rental photo service includes an extended usage license for short-term rental platforms.

Can you deliver before my next guests arrive?

Our turnaround is 24 hours. Tell us your deadline when you book, and we will plan around it.
