Indian Shores, FL
Gator Gaze Media is an Airbnb photographer for Indian Shores, FL, and we have shot a beachfront rental here that you can look through in full. Rental photo sets start at $250 for up to 1,000 sq ft, $300 for 1,001 to 2,000 sq ft and $400 for 2,001 to 3,000 sq ft, with a 24-hour turnaround.

A look at a real Indian Shores shoot
Rather than describe in general terms how we work, here is what we did on the Indian Shores Airbnb home project, a multi-level beachfront rental with a Gulf-facing balcony, a rooftop deck and a coastal interior. The shot list tells you what a rental photographer should be thinking about.
Start with the aerial
The first image in the set is a drone view that shows the building, the beach in front of it and the neighboring condos. A guest looking at a map pin can’t tell if “beachfront” means the sand starts at the back door or a block away. One aerial settles it. We used an FAA Part 107 certified pilot for it, and a set of 10 drone photos is $125 as an add-on to a rental shoot.
Interiors that show the layout
The interior is open plan with vaulted wood ceilings, a spiral staircase, a teal sectional and an open kitchen with blue cabinets. We photographed the living space from several angles, including from above on the staircase, so guests can see how kitchen, dining and living connect. The bedrooms were shot with the balcony in view where there was one.

Details guests actually look at
We shot the coffee bar with its Keurig station, a reading nook, a sailfish wall decoration and plated drinks and snacks on the balcony. They don’t look important, but they tell a guest what the stay will feel like. A rental set is closer to a lifestyle set than a sales brochure, and the license we include covers its use on Airbnb, VRBO and similar platforms.
The outdoor spaces carry the listing
The balcony with Adirondack chairs, the sunset framing over the Gulf and a rooftop spot with a neon sign and lounge seating did more selling than any bedroom. On a Gulf-front property, plan to give the outside as many frames as the inside.
Indian Shores in practical terms
Indian Shores is a small town on a Pinellas barrier island between Indian Rocks Beach to the north and the Redington communities to the south. The Gulf is on the west, the Intracoastal waterway on the east, and Gulf Boulevard runs the length of it. The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, a nonprofit bird hospital on Gulf Boulevard that is open to visitors, is a well-known local stop you can mention in a listing. Because the beach side faces west, sunset is the show for any balcony, deck or rooftop that faces the water.
What that means for your photographer:
If you have a Gulf-facing balcony, ask us for a late-day visit or add real twilight (5 photos, $200).
If your unit is bay-side, the Intracoastal or a dock is the feature, and daytime is best.
If you have a rooftop or raised deck, plan on drone photos, since that is the best way to show the vantage.
Condo, townhome or house
Most Indian Shores rentals are condos, townhomes or houses split by floor, so access and building rules matter. Before a shoot, confirm elevator access, where we park and whether your association restricts drone flights. We shoot what is permitted, and will tell you if we think a specific frame should wait for a better time of day.

Questions we get about Indian Shores rental photos
Can I see an example of your work in Indian Shores?
Yes. Our Indian Shores Airbnb project has 20 photos from a beachfront rental shoot, including aerial, interior, balcony and rooftop images.
How much does a rental photo shoot cost for a 1,500 sq ft Indian Shores condo?
$300. That is the price for 1,001 to 2,000 sq ft in our rental photo pricing. Drone photos, twilight and video are extra.
Do you photograph the view from the balcony?
Yes, and we try to time it to the light, so you see a balcony with a visible view, not a blown-out window.
Are the photos licensed for Airbnb and VRBO?
Yes, with an extended usage license for short-term rental platforms.
How long until I get them?
24 hours.
