Where we shoot in Sarasota

For a bayfront or Gulf-view home, we usually recommend a package with video or twilight imagery. A real twilight session is $200 for five photos, and cinematic video is $350 on its own or part of Deluxe. Choosing a package for a Sarasota listing

For condos and smaller homes, Basic usually covers it. If the property has a pool, a lanai or a water view, Standard’s virtual twilight image and community photos are worth the extra. Community photos are $30 on their own and show the neighborhood around the home, which helps when a buyer is deciding between Sarasota areas. Premium adds a vertical walkthrough for social, and Deluxe adds cinematic video for homes that deserve a full film.

If the home is vacant, tell us. We can add virtual staging at $25 per image. Items like a stray hose, a trash bin or a pool net are removed in editing for $20 as part of touch-ups.

Most of what makes a good Sarasota photo happens before we arrive: blinds open, lights on, cars off the driveway, pool skimmed, and lanai furniture straightened. Siesta Key and Longboat Key listings

Barrier-island homes come with their own checklist: bright sand, strong sun and glass walls that fight the camera. We blend exposures so the Gulf, the sky and the interior all hold detail in one frame. Sunset faces the beach side of these islands, and the bay side catches morning light, so we pick the hour for each exterior. Many keys listings are also rentals, so the buyer’s first question is often how guests use the place, which is why a lanai, pool and parking shot belong in the set.

Travel

We work from South Tampa. Travel is calculated on round-trip distance, with the first 30 miles free and $15 for every 10 miles after that, rounded down to the nearest 10. Sarasota is outside the free range, and the exact amount is confirmed when you book. If you have a few listings, grouping them on one day makes sense.
