What a Bradenton listing shoot includes

The Basic package is $190 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft (35 photos) and rises $20 for each additional 500 sq ft. Standard starts at $325 and adds a Zillow 3D Virtual Tour or social media reel (your choice), one virtual twilight image, community photos and touch-ups. Three different Bradenton shoots

Palma Sola and West Bradenton. Older neighborhoods near Palma Sola Bay with mature trees, pools and lanais. Our Palma Sola Park project is a good example: a single-story home with a metal roof, a skylit kitchen, a white-brick fireplace and a pool with a large backyard. The aerials show the lot and how close the bay is.

Creekside and in-town streets. Our classic creekside home in Bradenton is a single-story white house with red doors and big shade trees, and we included virtually staged bedrooms. Shade means the exterior needs careful exposure so the facade is not lost.

Lakewood Ranch and Parrish. Newer subdivisions with uniform streets, where the home needs to stand apart from the one next door. Vacant new builds are good candidates for virtual staging at $25 per image. Lakewood Ranch extends into Sarasota County as well, and we cover both sides.

Choosing a package for your listing

A starter home under 1,500 sq ft rarely needs more than Basic. If your listing will sit on Zillow, Standard adds the 3D tour and a virtual twilight image for $135 more at the smallest size. Premium makes sense when you want a vertical walkthrough for Instagram or Reels, and Deluxe is for listings where a cinematic video will carry the marketing. Not sure? Manatee River frontage and bayfront lots photograph best with a drone. A set of 10 drone photos is $125 as a separate item, and it is already included in all four packages. Where a listing has a dock or a view, real twilight photography is $200 for five photos.

Airbnb and VRBO rentals on Anna Maria Island

Bradenton is also the mainland gateway to Anna Maria Island, and short-term rentals there need a different kind of shoot than a sale. Standalone rental photos run $250 (up to 1,000 sq ft), $300 (1,001 to 2,000), $400 (2,001 to 3,000) and $500 (3,001 to 4,000), with a license that covers booking platforms. We are based in South Tampa. Travel is calculated using round-trip distance: the first 30 miles are free, then $15 for every 10 miles, rounded down to the nearest 10. Bradenton, Palmetto and Lakewood Ranch are outside the free range, so the fee shows up on your quote and we confirm it when you book. If you have several listings in the area, scheduling them on the same day spreads the cost.
