Three kinds of Winter Garden work

Downtown and the older streets

Downtown Winter Garden is a walkable center in West Orange County, with the West Orange Trail running through it. Townhomes and houses close in often sell on that location, so we bring the surroundings into the gallery. For our Winter Garden townhome project we made an aerial image marking the downtown nearby, plus kitchen and dining photos in bright, open rooms with dark wood floors.

Horizon West and new construction

Horizon West is a large master-planned area spanning parts of West Orange County. Many homes there look alike from the street, so what separates one listing from the next is detail: the kitchen island, the upgrades, the lot. A 2D floor plan and 3D tour help buyers compare layouts. Builders and agents who need furnished-looking rooms in empty houses can use virtual staging at $25 per image.

Lakefront and schools

Winter Garden sits on the south shore of Lake Apopka, and smaller lakes dot the area. Aerial photos are included in every package and are the best way to show a lake lot or a community layout.

We also shoot commercial sites here. The Goddard School of Winter Garden project was a school playground photographed from above and on the ground, covering a turf field, shaded play areas, a multipurpose game court and a lakeside setting. What you pay for a Winter Garden shoot

A 2,300 sq ft townhome on Standard is $325, and a 3,200 sq ft house on Premium is $520. Every bracket is on the pricing page.

Community photos for new neighborhoods

Standard and higher include community photos (otherwise $30). For a new development, that might be the clubhouse, a pool, a trail or a park. Buyers read these as part of the price of the home, and they help a listing in a community with many similar models.

Before the shoot

For a house or townhome, the checklist is short: lights on, counters clear, cars out of the driveway, and blinds open. New-construction listings add a few extras, such as removing construction debris and checking that the landscaping and sod are in place before the exterior is photographed. Travel to Winter Garden

Travel is calculated from South Tampa using round-trip distance. The first 30 miles are free, then $15 for every 10 miles, rounded down to the nearest 10. Winter Garden is well outside that range, so a fee applies and we confirm it at booking. A West Orange day often works well for multiple jobs, such as a house plus a nearby Orlando listing, or a rental in Kissimmee.

Nearby towns we cover on the same trip

West Orange County towns such as Windermere, Ocoee and Oakland are close enough to Winter Garden that one booking day can cover all of them. If you have a listing in each, send the addresses together and we will build the schedule around the drive. Pricing stays the same everywhere: by square footage, with travel added only as the formula requires.

Do you photograph Horizon West homes?

Yes. New construction and resale homes in Horizon West are part of our Central Florida work. A floor plan and community photos are especially useful for homes in neighborhoods with lookalike models.

How much is real estate photography in Winter Garden?
