We photograph homes, condos and rentals in Clearwater, from downtown to the neighborhoods north of it. Our Basic listing package is $190 for up to 1,500 sq ft and includes interior and exterior photos, drone photos, a floor plan and a property website. Vacation rental photos start at $250. Photos are delivered within 24 hours.

Start with what you are selling

Clearwater is the county seat of Pinellas and the mainland anchor of the Pinellas Gulf coast, and it covers a wide range of property types. The place to start is the question of what the buyer will notice first.

A house on the mainland

These are the family homes in Clearwater’s neighborhoods, many with pools, screened lanais and large lots. The first drone image is usually the best one: it shows the lot, pool and street in one frame. Interiors are shot with the lights balanced, windows visible and rooms uncluttered. Our Basic package covers a house up to 1,500 sq ft for $190, with $20 added per additional 500 sq ft, so a 2,500 sq ft house on Basic is $240. Standard ($325 and up) adds a Zillow 3D Virtual Tour or social media reel (your choice) and a virtual twilight image.

A condo or townhome

Condos are decided by the unit, the building and the view. We shoot the unit, the balcony, and the building amenities you are allowed to photograph. Ask your association if the pool, gym or lobby is open for photography.

A waterfront home

Clearwater has plenty of waterfront, along Clearwater Harbor, the Intracoastal and the canals. For these we lead with aerial photos. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified, and drone photos are included with every listing package.

Downtown and the bluff

Downtown Clearwater sits on Clearwater Harbor, with Coachman Park on the bayfront as a local anchor. The Memorial Causeway runs from downtown to Clearwater Beach. Properties on the downtown bluff overlooking the harbor are a different picture from the beach: calmer, more residential, with older homes that need careful interior light. Older interiors with wood floors and trim get balanced exposures so the rooms don’t look flat.

Neighborhoods we get called to

Harbor Oaks is a historic residential area near downtown, and Countryside is a large residential area further north in Clearwater. On the water side, Island Estates sits just off Clearwater Beach. These all call for different shoots: historic homes ask for patient interior work, suburban homes with pools ask for a good exterior and backyard sequence, and island homes ask for the drone.

One more mainland habit worth building: have the pool clean, the lanai screens free of debris and the cars out of the driveway before we arrive. Pool and lanai photos are some of the first a buyer clicks.

Selling, renting, or both

Clearwater Beach is its own page

The barrier island has a different set of buyers and guests, and the photography is different too: balcony views, hotel-style towers and sunset timing.
