We serve Tampa, South Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Lutz, Wesley Chapel, St. Petersburg and the Pinellas beaches (St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, Clearwater Beach), Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Spring Hill, Lakeland, Orlando and Kissimmee. What is the turnaround time for receiving the photos and videos?
We deliver edited photos within 24 hours of the shoot. Videos and virtual services are typically delivered within 48-72 hours.

Do you work with both residential and commercial properties?
Yes, we provide our full range of services for both residential and commercial real estate properties.
How do I prepare my property for a photoshoot?
Please have the property completely ready when we arrive: all lights on, all blinds and curtains open and all ceiling fans off. No one should be inside the home when the shoot starts, including pets, unless absolutely necessary, and no cars may be parked in the driveway. Each appointment is reserved for a set block of time, so delays can affect the appointments that follow. Our Home Prep Guide has the full checklist.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is typically due upon delivery of the final products.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
There is no fee to reschedule or cancel, but please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can find the best new date with you.
Do you require a deposit or prepayment?
No deposit is required. Payment is only due after we deliver your final photos and media files.
How will I receive my photos and videos?
You’ll receive everything through a private online gallery link where you can view, download, and share your media. Each gallery includes MLS-ready and high-resolution versions of all images.
Can you add community or amenity photos?
Yes, we can capture community amenities such as pools, clubhouses, or neighborhood entrances upon request. Just add it as an add-on when booking.
Do you provide virtual staging or twilight edits?
Yes. We offer virtual staging for vacant homes and virtual twilight edits to make listings stand out beautifully online.
Do you offer video walkthroughs or social media reels?
We do! You can add real estate videos or short-form vertical reels to any package. They’re perfect for MLS, Instagram, and Facebook marketing.
Can you include drone lot lines or map pins?
Yes we offer lot line overlays and drone map pins as optional add-ons to help buyers better visualize the property’s layout.
Do you work with real estate agents, builders, or homeowners directly?
Yes. We partner with realtors, builders, investors, property managers, and homeowners. Whether it’s a new listing or a model home, we customize each shoot to your goals.
What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?
If it rains or weather conditions aren’t ideal, we’re happy to reschedule at no extra cost. We always want your property to look its best.
Do you offer weekend shoots?
We’re available seven days a week, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. All appointments are subject to availability.
How long does a typical shoot take?
Most photo shoots take 45–90 minutes depending on the size of the property and selected add-ons.
Can I be present during the shoot?
To keep the shoot on schedule, no one should be inside the home when the shoot starts, including pets, unless absolutely necessary. Many agents simply provide lockbox access or entry instructions, and we handle the rest!
Do you shoot events?
Yes. We cover parties, mixers, fundraisers and corporate events across Tampa Bay. Event video starts at $500, event photography at $400 and a photo plus video package at $800, all with a 2-hour minimum. Extra hours, a second videographer and same-day delivery can be added.
What does Agent Branding include?
Agent Branding is for real estate agents who want content about themselves. We film vertical reels edited with music, with your logo and captions included. Packages start at $295 for an intro reel, $650 for 3 reels, $1,150 for 6 reels and $1,750 for 10 reels plus a bio video. Headshots are $150 and booked separately.
How do reel package locations work?
Reel packages include a set number of locations: up to 2 for the 3 reel package, up to 3 for 6 reels and up to 4 for 10 reels. If you want one more location, add it for $100.
Do you create social media content for businesses?
Yes. Business Content includes single videos from $350, interview, testimonial, team spotlight and brand videos, starter, growth and pro packages, and monthly content plans from $1,100. Horizontal or vertical format, edited with music.
What is an AI video edit?
It is an optional add-on where we apply AI-assisted improvements to a scene of your video, such as a more polished look, smoother transitions and visual effects. It is $50 per scene. For vacant land, a Vacant Land to Property Video (AI Edit) is $350.
Do you photograph vacant land?
Yes. Vacant land photos are $150 for a mix of 15 photos taken from drone and ground level. You can add a one-minute drone video and a Vacant Land to Property Video (AI Edit).
Why are Airbnb, commercial and event shoots priced differently than MLS photos?
Different uses come with different usage licenses. MLS listing photos are licensed for listing marketing, while Airbnb, commercial, event, business and agent branding work is licensed for broader advertising and brand use, so it is priced separately.
What is the difference between Airbnb and MLS photography?
Airbnb and VRBO photography is shot for short-term rental platforms, has no photo limit and includes an extended usage license, drone photos, lot lines, community photos and virtual twilight images. MLS photos follow listing packages with a set number of photos.
Do you offer a Zillow 3D Tour for commercial spaces?
Yes. A Zillow 3D Tour for a commercial space is $200 up to 2,500 sq ft and $225 for larger spaces. If you want a dollhouse view and measurements, a Matterport 3D tour for commercial spaces starts at $275.
How much do agent headshots cost in Tampa?
An agent headshot session is $150. It is a 30-minute on-location session with one look and 3 retouched photos delivered online within 48 hours.
How much do business portraits and team photos cost?
Business portraits are $150 per person and are shot on location for your website, LinkedIn and marketing. Team Spotlight videos are $400 and can be filmed during the same visit.
What does a monthly video content package cost?
Monthly Content Packages are $1,100 for 4 videos, $2,000 for 8 videos and $2,800 for 12 videos, produced from one scheduled shoot and edited with music for social media. Logo and captions can be added for $50.
How much do interview and testimonial videos cost?
An interview video is $550 (about 2 to 3 minutes), a testimonial video is $450, a team spotlight is $400 and a brand or promo video is $900. All are edited with music in horizontal or vertical format.
How much is the travel fee outside Tampa?
The first 30 miles from South Tampa are free. After that it is $15 for every 10 miles, rounded down to the nearest 10 miles, calculated on the round-trip distance.
