Home Prep Guide - Pre Shoot Checklist

Photography Pre-Shoot Checklist

To help your listing shine, we’ve created a quick checklist based on years of experience photographing homes across Tampa Bay.

Please review and complete these items before your photographer arrives. Your appointment is reserved for a set block of time, and delays can affect the appointments that follow. When we arrive, the property must be completely ready: all lights on, all blinds and curtains open and all ceiling fans off. No one should be inside the home when the shoot starts, including pets, unless absolutely necessary, and no cars may be parked in the driveway. There is no fee to reschedule or cancel, but please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment.
