The best real estate photographer in Tampa Bay is one who shows you complete recent shoots, delivers within 24 hours, publishes prices, holds FAA Part 107 certification for drone work, and can produce what your listing needs. Why the Right Photographer Matters

A nice camera doesn't make a real estate photographer. The job is light, composition, consistent editing and knowing what a buyer scrolling on a phone needs to see in the first few images. A weak set of photos undersells a good property, and you can't fix it after the listing has gone live.

Seven Things Good Tampa Bay Photographers Have in Common

1. A consistent portfolio, not just highlights. Ask to see three to five complete recent shoots, every room, from different properties. Look for natural color, clean editing and wide-angle compositions that don't distort the rooms, across different lighting conditions and home sizes.

2. Proper equipment and FAA certification. At minimum you want a full-frame camera, a wide-angle lens and controlled flash or strobe lighting.
