How Airbnb Photography Differs from Standard Real Estate Photography
Atmosphere. Guests should picture themselves there. Fresh linens, glasses on the outdoor table, a book by the pool, those details do the work.
A photo for every amenity. Pool, hot tub, game room, kayaks, anything that justifies your nightly rate needs its own frame.
Warm light. Short-term rental photos should feel welcoming, not clinical.
Location context. Guests are choosing a place, not just a room. Show the beach access, the porch view or the walkable street.

Turn on all lights, including lamps and accent lighting
Remove personal items, cleaning supplies and owner belongings
Clean the pool and take out anything floating in it
Add simple touches like fresh flowers or a fruit bowl
