Airbnb/VRBO photos, a Matterport 3D tour and cinematic video of a 2,881 sq ft vacation home on Anna Maria Island, FL, shot for FIBI Vacation Rentals.
Pool deck, string lights and a salvaged-wood living room on Anna Maria Island
FIBI Vacation Rentals booked us for this 2,881 sq ft house on Anna Maria Island. We were on site for 5 hours and delivered Airbnb/VRBO photos, a Matterport 3D tour and a cinematic video.
Matterport hosting: each Matterport tour is hosted for the first 6 months after delivery at no extra cost. To keep it online, hosting renews every 6 months at $75 per tour.
The living room is built from weathered pieces: a distressed blue-and-white trunk used as a coffee table, a carved sideboard under a wall-mounted TV, rattan chairs and shiplap walls. Upstairs, a bedroom opens onto a balcony with a turquoise Adirondack chair. Outside, the pool and spa sit under an elevated deck with string lights, and a covered seating area with a fire table faces a row of colored chairs along a hedge. One frame is a soaking tub with a bath tray and two glasses, set up as a guest touch.
Why the evening frames matter on this one
The house has an unusually big outdoor footprint for a rental: pool, spa, ping-pong and lounge areas below, a balcony above. A daytime frame would not show how the space works after dark, so the pool area is also in the set with the string lights on.
