In Tampa Bay, a Zillow 3D Home tour from Gator Gaze Media costs $150 for homes up to 2,500 sq ft and $175 above that. A Matterport 3D tour is $225 or $250. A 3D floor plan is $125 and a 2D floor plan $75. The Zillow tour is included in our Standard package from $325.
Matterport hosting: each Matterport tour is hosted for the first 6 months after delivery at no extra cost. To keep it online, hosting renews every 6 months at $75 per tour.

Standard (from $325), Premium (from $495) and Deluxe (from $750) all include a 3D tour. Standard and Premium include the Zillow tour, while Deluxe lets you choose a Zillow or Matterport tour. What you get for each
Zillow 3D Home tour
A walk-through of the house that buyers can use on a Zillow listing page. It also produces the interactive floor plan that Zillow’s own terms require for Showcase listings.
Matterport tour
A tour you can embed or share by link anywhere, such as your own site, MLS fields that allow it, or social posts. It costs $75 more at either size. It suits larger homes, luxury listings and anyone who markets outside Zillow.
3D floor plan
A visual layout, not a walkthrough. It works when the layout is confusing or when you want something to print in a brochure.
2D floor plan
A simple schematic with room sizes. At $75, or free inside any package, it’s the easiest one to justify. We cover it in more depth in our post on floor plans and what they cost.
When each one is worth it
Standard package listing on Zillow: take the included Zillow tour. Buying it alone costs $150 or $175, so it’s already inside the $325.
Out-of-town or relocating buyers: a 3D tour of any kind lets them walk the home before flying in.
Homes with odd layouts, additions or split floor plans: a 3D tour clarifies how rooms connect.
Smaller, simple homes with a tight budget: photos plus the included 2D plan may be enough.
Listings you’ll promote on your own website or social: Matterport’s shareable format earns its extra $75.

Timing and prep
Photos are delivered in 24 hours. 3D tours, video and other virtual services take 48 to 72 hours. The scan needs the house empty of people and pets, with lights on and doors open. Follow our prep checklist and the scan goes quickly.
Travel to your property is free for the first 30 miles from South Tampa and then $15 for each 10 miles, round trip, confirmed at booking. Details on all tour types are on the 3D virtual tours page.
Adding a tour to a smaller package
Basic starts at $190, so adding a Zillow tour at $150 puts you at $340 for a small home. Standard is $325 and comes with the tour, a virtual twilight image and touch-ups. For most listings that makes Standard the better route than adding on. For Deluxe, which starts at $750, we also add four virtual twilights and cinematic video.
