Brigitte Knott's 2,900 sq ft townhome in Winter Garden was a 3-hour shoot on our Standard Package, plus a Matterport 3D virtual tour.
Matterport hosting: each Matterport tour is hosted for the first 6 months after delivery at no extra cost. To keep it online, hosting renews every 6 months at $75 per tour.
The kitchen takes up most of the set: white cabinets, stainless appliances, a quartz island with bar seating under pendant lights, and dark wood floors that continue into the dining area. A glass dining table with white leather chairs sits next to large windows. The bathroom frame is a freestanding soaking tub against beige walls. A closing aerial shows the townhome block and its place in the neighborhood.
Open plan, dark floors, big windows
Dark floors and bright windows can fight each other in a kitchen like this. We kept the window light from washing out the cabinets and kept the island visible against the floor.
