Photos of a 1,440 sq ft Kissimmee, FL townhome for Heather Werner: red Mickey-ear wall, gray kitchen, lake-view bedroom and a small pool, shot in two hours.
A grid of Mickey ear frames over a gray sofa
This Kissimmee, FL townhome measures 1,440 sq ft, and we photographed it in two hours for Heather Werner. The first interior frame is the one people remember: a bright red wall with a grid of small white shadow boxes, each holding a pair of Mickey or Minnie ears, above a gray sofa and a white coffee table. Around the corner, the kitchen has gray cabinets, stainless appliances and a bar, and a wood dining table sits under a row of four framed sketches.
One bedroom has a blue-striped bed and a window onto the street of matching townhomes; another, painted soft blue, looks out over a pond. The pool is tiny and tidy: two teal chairs on pavers facing the sliders. The exterior shows a two-story row with a palm in the front bed.
Small rooms, small pool, one angle each
A townhome this size gets crowded if you shoot every wall, so the approach is to find the angle that shows the layout and stop. The red wall gets a straight-on frame, with the kitchen visible beyond it. In the blue bedroom, we exposed for the window so the pond stays visible. Families picking between listings will see these photos, so the pool and the sleeping rooms get the clearest frames. Related reading: Airbnb and VRBO photography in Tampa Bay.
