The Modern Comfort Rental project focused on creating a stylish yet functional home tailored for today’s lifestyle. The remodel prioritized open living spaces, durable finishes, and luxury touches, blending comfort with resort-style amenities.

Resort-Style Outdoor Living: A private screened-in pool with a poolside bar and direct bathroom access creates the perfect space for entertaining or relaxing.
Durability & Design: Installed 25-grade vinyl flooring, exceeding hospital-grade standards for strength, ensuring longevity and easy upkeep.
Luxury Bathrooms: Spa-like bathrooms with modern fixtures, dual sinks in the master suite, and elegant finishes throughout.
Smart Layout: Split floor plan with a private master suite wing featuring a walk-in closet and upgraded vanities.
Convenience: 2-car garage, expanded driveway, and a brand-new water softener system.
