Airbnb/VRBO photography of a single-story Sarasota, FL vacation home with a screened pool and fire pit, shot in 2 hours for Preferred Shore Real Estate.
Terracotta curtains, a pool daybed and a backyard fire pit in Sarasota
Veronika Serikov of Preferred Shore Real Estate asked for Airbnb/VRBO photography of this single-story Sarasota house. We spent about 2 hours on it.
The front is a low stucco ranch under a big live oak, photographed as the sky went pink and the porch lights came on. Bedrooms use terracotta curtains and patterned rugs against pale cork-colored floors. The living room has mustard curtains over a window where a hammock chair hangs outside. Behind the house, a screened pool lanai has a canopy daybed and a patio table set for a meal, and a circular fire pit with four teal Adirondack chairs sits in the yard as the light fades.
Picking the details a guest will remember
A one-story house is easy to show but easy to make forgettable, so the set leans on the colorful touches: the hammock in the window, the daybed behind the pool screen, the chairs around the fire.
Shooting through a pool screen takes some care. In the lanai frame the table is in the foreground and the daybed behind it stays readable. Guests comparing rentals look at these images before anything else. See our Airbnb and VRBO photography service.
