This project features a exterior, and aerial photography package for a luxury Mediterranean-style villa located in the heart of Urla, Izmir. The property blends modern architectural elements with natural stone façades, lush landscaping, and a resort-style infinity pool. Our goal was to showcase the home’s refined craftsmanship, its seamless indoor–outdoor living experience, and the expansive private grounds surrounding the villa. Through a combination of daylight, sunset, and twilight captures, we highlighted the villa’s premium materials, outdoor amenities, and the serene atmosphere that defines this exceptional property.
Project Description
This project showcases a high-end luxury villa located in Urla, İzmir. The villa features a modern stone-clad exterior, expansive outdoor living spaces, a resort-style pool, landscaped gardens, and premium architectural finishes. Our goal was to capture the scale, elegance, and lifestyle elements of the property through a mix of daylight, golden hour, and twilight photography.
Through drone shots, architectural compositions, and detail-oriented interior framing, we aimed to convey both the sophistication of the villa and the exclusivity of its location.

Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: The villa sits on a very large plot with multiple outdoor sections (pool, garden, sports court, terraces). Capturing the full layout from the ground was impossible.
Solution: We used multi-angle drone perspectives (top-down, wide, and oblique angles) to clearly present the spatial layout, boundaries, and scale of the property.
Challenge: Some areas received harsh sunlight while others were shaded due to the surrounding hills and tall stone walls.
Solution: We shot during different times of day (midday + evening) and blended exposures to ensure even lighting, clean colors, and accurate highlights/shadows.
Challenge: Extensive use of stone walls, glass, and multiple rooflines made perspective distortion more visible.
Solution: We used tilt correction, tripod alignment, and post-processing vertical adjustments to ensure clean architectural lines.
Challenge: Exterior lights were warm, while the pool lighting was cool-toned. Balancing both without losing natural ambiance required careful exposure.
Solution: We bracketed multiple exposures and manually blended them to achieve a natural, inviting twilight aesthetic.
