Newly built townhome at Providence Golf Club in Davenport, FL, 2,280 sq ft. Interior and exterior photography, aerial views and vertical video over 2 hours.
An empty townhome with the fairway outside every window
Ankita Kapadia had us out to a 2,280 sq ft townhome in the Providence Golf Club Villas, Davenport, for photography and vertical video. We spent two hours on site. The home was empty when we shot it, so the finishes are the subject: a white waterfall island in the kitchen with a built-in double oven and three pendant lights over the top, plank-style flooring, and a primary suite with a tray ceiling and carpet.
The best frames use the view. The primary bedroom has a sliding door to a balcony that looks onto the fairway, and the main bathroom puts a freestanding tub in front of a window with the same green outside. On the street side, the building is a row of tile-roofed townhomes with frosted-glass garage doors and small balconies on the upper floor.
Working with an unfurnished interior
Bare rooms photograph best when the light and the view are doing the talking, so we leaned on the windows. The kitchen frame holds the green outside the window next to the bright interior, and the bedroom keeps the sliding door readable instead of blowing it out. The vertical video was part of the booking alongside the stills. For more on how we film listings, see our videography service.
