Project Description
Our objective was to showcase this Windsor Hills townhome as both a comfortable family retreat and a strong short-term rental opportunity. The property features three bedrooms and three full baths, an open-concept living and dining space, a bright kitchen with new appliances, and a private screened pool with updated equipment.
We highlighted the natural light, contemporary finishes, and functional floor plan that make the home appealing for year-round living, vacation stays, or investment purposes. To complement the interior, we captured the home’s resort-style context, emphasizing Windsor Hills’ exclusive amenities, including the lagoon-style pool, water park, sports courts, and on-site marketplace.
