1,653 sq ft
Townhome in Davenport, FL, 1,653 sq ft, photographed in one hour with drone views of the community pool and clubhouse beside a lake.
Rattan stools and a lakeside clubhouse in Davenport
Heather Werner and Michael Muilenburg booked this 1,653 sq ft Davenport townhome for a one-hour shoot. The living room has a dark gray sectional on a jute rug with a rattan armchair and woven poufs, under tall windows with cream drapes. The white kitchen has a long island with three rattan-and-woven barstools and a woven pendant over the dining table.
There is also a bright guest bathroom with a blue-and-white striped shower curtain and a primary bedroom with floral bedding and a rattan accent chair. The two drone frames show the community: a large pool with a clubhouse, a splash pad, parking and a ring of trees beside a lake. Both aerial frames come from our aerial photo service.
One hour, seven frames
One hour on a townhome means moving quickly through the rooms that sell: living area, kitchen, dining, bath, primary bedroom. We hold the camera at the same eye level across the interiors so the set looks consistent. The community pool is too large to read from a ground-level camera, which is why the last two frames come from the drone. The natural-textured furniture photographs well in daylight, so we keep the window light as it is.
