We photographed this beautifully designed end-unit townhome located in The Enclaves at Festival in Davenport, Florida. The property is a popular short-term rental near the Champions Gate area, offering resort-style amenities and modern interiors—perfect for a clean, bright, and inviting visual presentation.
Project Description
Our goal was to capture the home’s open-concept layout, warm natural light, and updated finishes while showcasing the resort’s lifestyle amenities. The shoot included full interior coverage, exterior details, and community features such as the clubhouse, pool, splash park, fitness center, and sports courts.

Our goal was to capture the home’s open-concept layout, warm natural light, and updated finishes while showcasing the resort’s lifestyle amenities. The shoot included full interior coverage, exterior details, and community features such as the clubhouse, pool, splash park, fitness center, and sports courts.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: The home’s open-concept layout made some areas feel visually expansive.
Solution: Selected angles and wide lenses that preserved depth while keeping each room inviting and proportionate.Challenge: Strong Florida sunlight created harsh contrast between interior spaces and the exterior patio.
Solution: Used HDR processing to balance exposure, ensuring the indoor lighting and outdoor views looked cohesive and natural.Challenge: New upgrades throughout the home needed to be highlighted individually without overwhelming the viewer.
Solution: Captured clean detail shots of key features kitchen finishes, modern flooring, and the screened lanai—so each improvement stood out clearly.
