Our goal with this project was to showcase the scale, functionality, and professional presence of Carrier Rental Systems’ newly built 20,000-square-foot facility in Bartow, Florida. As a large-scale commercial and industrial property, this project required imagery that highlighted not only the size of the building, but also the operational layout, accessibility, equipment yard, and clean, modern interior spaces. Through a combination of ground-level photography, twilight exterior images, and aerial perspectives, we created a gallery that communicates efficiency, capability, and long-term commercial value. For businesses, developers, and industrial property stakeholders, strong visual presentation is essential, and this shoot was designed to reflect that at every level.
Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: Capturing the full scale of a 20,000-square-foot industrial property without losing clarity.
Solution: We used a combination of drone photography, wide-angle exterior shots, and carefully framed interior images to show both the overall footprint and the important functional details.

Solution: Aerial photography and structured exterior compositions helped clearly define the building, storage areas, parking, and circulation space, making the property easier to understand at a glance.
"Project Description We approached this commercial photoshoot with the intention of documenting the property as a complete industrial asset rather than simply photographing a building. The facility’s 20,000-square-foot footprint, expansive yard space, equipment storage areas, warehouse interior, and professional office and meeting spaces all played an important role in telling the full story of the property. We used wide, clean compositions to emphasize the scale of the site, while aerial drone photography helped capture the overall layout, access points, surrounding infrastructure, and the operational capacity of the property. Twilight photography was especially important for this project, as it helped showcase the building’s exterior lighting, strong architectural lines, and polished commercial appearance during low-light hours. Interior photography focused on the warehouse, open industrial floor space, and finished office areas, creating a visual balance between heavy-duty functionality and professional business presentation. The result is a commercial real estate photography gallery that highlights both the physical size and operational strength of this Bartow, FL industrial facility."
