Gator Gaze Media LLC provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone services, 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual media throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Booking & Scheduling
There are no fees for rescheduling or cancellations—even if we arrive and the property isn’t ready.
Weather-related delays, especially for drone services, will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Delivery Times
Media is delivered via Spiro with links for both MLS-ready and high-resolution files.• Photos: within 24 hours
• Videos, 3D tours, and floor plans: 24–48 hours
Matterport 3D Tour Hosting
Matterport 3D Tours include 3 months of hosting. After that, continued access requires a renewal fee to extend hosting.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon delivery. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment.
Property Preparation
Properties must be photo-ready at the time of the shoot. We do not clean or stage homes.
Copyright & Usage
All media is protected under U.S. Copyright Law and remains the property of Gator Gaze Media LLC.Clients receive a license to use the media for marketing the specific, active listing only. Media may not be reused or transferred without written permission.
