Acceptance of These Terms
By booking a service, making a payment, accepting delivery of media, or otherwise doing business with Gator Gaze Media LLC, you (the client) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Service Overview
Gator Gaze Media LLC provides professional real estate photography, videography, drone services, 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual media throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through our website booking form or by contacting us directly. We will confirm your appointment date and time with you before the shoot.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
There is no fee to reschedule or cancel an appointment, but we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Weather-related delays, especially for drone services, will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Revisions, Edits & Reshoots
Corrections for an obvious error on our part, such as a missing room, a wrong file, or a technical defect, are made at no charge. All other edits or revisions requested after delivery, including changes to editing style or preferences and additional touch-ups, are billable at our standard rates for those services.
If you are not satisfied with a completed shoot and would like a new shoot, the reshoot is a new appointment and is charged at our regular pricing.
Delivery Times
All media is delivered through Aryeo, with links for both MLS-ready and high-resolution files.
Photos and 3D tours: within 24 hours
Videos, floor plans, and other virtual services: within 48 to 72 hours
Matterport 3D Tour Hosting & Renewal
Hosting for each Matterport 3D tour is included for the first 6 months after delivery. To keep a tour online, hosting must be renewed every 6 months for a renewal fee of $75 per tour for each additional 6-month period. If a tour is not renewed, it may be deactivated at the end of the hosting period. Tours can be reactivated at any time by paying the renewal fee. We may update this fee from time to time, and the fee in effect at the time of renewal will apply.
Payment Policy
Payment is due upon delivery. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payment.
Property Preparation
Properties must be completely ready and photo-ready when we arrive: cleaned and decluttered, all lights on, all blinds and curtains open, and all ceiling fans turned off. Although pricing is package-based, each appointment is reserved for a set block of time, and delays can affect the appointments that follow. No one should be inside the home when the shoot starts, including pets, unless absolutely necessary, and no cars may be parked in the driveway. If the property is not ready on arrival, we may not be able to complete the full shoot in the time reserved. We do not clean or stage homes. Our Home Prep Guide explains how to prepare. Copyright & Usage
All media is protected under U.S. Copyright Law and remains the property of Gator Gaze Media LLC. Clients receive a license to use the media for marketing the specific, active listing only. Media may not be reused or transferred without written permission.
Editing & Alteration of Our Media
Photos, videos, floor plans, and other media created by Gator Gaze Media may not be edited, retouched, enhanced, or otherwise altered by the client or any third party without our prior written permission. This includes, without limitation:
AI-generated or AI-assisted edits, enhancements, or image generation
Virtual staging, virtual twilight, and object addition or removal
Sky replacement, retouching, cropping that changes the composition, or compositing with other images
Use of our media as source material to create altered or derivative images or videos
If you would like edits or virtual enhancements, please contact us and we will be glad to provide them. Altered versions of our media that are created without our written permission are not covered by the license above.
